Louis Amédée Mante

Louis Amédée Mante was a French photographer, self taught chemist and inventor at Paris. He developed a new technique for photographic prints, the so called "Mantochromes", for which he received a patent. So most of his postcards show the signature A M Patent.
Since 1892 on he collaborated with the photographer
