It is more common to find colorized cards among the Belle Epoque postcards. The French Postcards are usually blck & white or sepia, but there are also very beautifully tinted French Postcards. We especially appreciate the ones with the more pastel colors. Colorizing photos already began in the era of the daguerreotypes.
