Amélie Diéterle was a French singer and actress. After winning a singers contest at Dijon, she was accepted to sing at the Concerts Colonne at Paris in 1889. From 1891 on she started a long career at the Paris Variety Theatres. She got portrayed in a painting by Auguste Renoir.
